Improving Health Professionals' State of Health

Many of us would take health professionals' state of health for granted. But, according to the newest researches, we are still far from that. That is why we decided to get involved in ill-health prevention among Slovenian medical workers as well. The research was performed in cooperation with Medical Chamber of Slovenia, UMC Ljubljana, UMC Maribor, and Faculty of Medicine, Ljubljana. We focused on work-related stress, which is often causing psycho-physical burdens and even occupational burnout.

Step test in Rockport test - pomoč pri oceni vaše fizične zmogljivosti

Marsikdo se ob besedni zvezi vzdržljivostni test spomni na Cooperjev tekaški test, ki smo ga tekli v osnovni in srednji šoli, in velik napor, potreben za izvedbo tega. To pa ni edini tekaški test, poznamo še dva preprosta testa, Step test in test Rockport, ki sta namenjena testiranju začetnikov in rekreativcev. Glede na srčni utrip, izmerjen po opravljenem testu, preračunamo stopnjo pripravljenosti posameznika.
