Health and Wellness Breakfast Resilience
24alife hosted a Business Breakfast in the Twin cities Minneapolis/St. Paul about a newly, innovative and highly discussed topic Resilience on October 16th, 2017. As Mayo Clinic partners, we were this time able to host globally known expert Dr. Amit Sood from Mayo Clinic. Dr. Sood inspired the audience with an amazing, thought provoking and interpersonal approach.
THE AUDIENCE WAS INTRODUCED WITH THE CONCEPT AND KNOWLEDGE OF RESILIENCE AND HOW TO IMPLEMENT THE SOLUTIONS INTO ORGANIZATIONS
Our main goal with Mayo Clinic Resilience program is to educate and aware organizations how to cope with stress related problems at work and in everyday life to live a healthy and happy lifestyle. We wanted to make sure that the audience felt like being part of the event, we created a very friendly atmosphere and with interactive conversation expressed and further developed thoughts how to implement resilience solutions into organizations. Our 24alife team and other guests were very satisfied with the turnout, presentation and the atmosphere. Dr. Sood used everyday examples of stress and how to address them. He used techniques to engage people and give us short challenges how to cope with stress on spot. He also mentioned the meaning of gratitude and how important it is to embrace the positive emotions as soon as we wake up in the new morning. He showed proven and validated statistical analysis performed by Mayo Clinic and Dr. Sood themselves how resilience program improves our overall well-being.
