A Holistic Approach
Our program consists of evidence-based advice and activities from four main fields of study: Psychology, Exercise Science, Nutrition and Healthcare.

A key outcome of the program is to help participants manage stress using two fundamental techniques:

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Weekly fitness sessions, cardiovascular and strength training.

PSYCHOLOGICAL: Varied relaxation exercises and stress-coping strategies, accompanied by workshops and meetings with a designated expert.
