The 24alife Accelerated Select Program’s primary goal is to help a targeted subset of employees implement positive lifestyle changes. It consists of a 90-day schedule of daily guidance, professionally mentored group workshops, weekly group sessions and motivational meetings with our experts.

A Holistic Approach
Our program consists of evidence-based advice and activities from four main fields of study: Psychology, Exercise Science, Nutrition and Healthcare.

A key outcome of the program is to help participants manage stress using two fundamental techniques:

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Weekly fitness sessions, cardiovascular and strength training.

PSYCHOLOGICAL: Varied relaxation exercises and stress-coping strategies, accompanied by workshops and meetings with a designated expert.

WHY 90 DAYS?
Research shows that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, but it takes 90 days to adopt a lifestyle change. At 24alife, we want to assist your employees achieve a happier and healthier life, starting with this 90-day program.
