24alife delivers a holistic and fact-based approach to a Healthy and Happy Lifestyle. Our solution integrates knowledge and best practices from multiple fields related to health and well-being: Nutrition, Psychology, Exercise Science and Healthcare.

Start your journey to a healthier and happier lifestyle

Answer a simple set of health-related questions and provide your basic body measurements on the 24alife web site to establish your baseline health and well-being score. Then, choose from one of three goals that suggests a set of activities to improve your score over time: Fit & Active, Relaxed & Confident and Diet & Habits. Programs to support these goals are available via your 24alife Smartphone application.

24alife Smartphone support

24alife is available on both iOS and Android devices, and supports English, French, German, Chinese, Arabic, Serbian and Slovenian languages. Activity trackers such as Fitbit, Mio, Polar and Jawbone are supported, with more planned in the future.
Personal fitness questionnaires and evaluation, videos, tutorials and personal well-being programs are delivered via the Smartphone application.
